I'm seeing issues after patching; the stealth seems not to work any longer, and the unlimited options only work for a brief time, and after re-enabling them a few times the game will freeze and crash. This is on a fully-patched Windows 10 system, if that information is helpful.

no issues here.

tested all options through 3 situations on HARD MODE.
no crash, no detection, completed missions

you will have to re-engage the options from time to time, but it's best not to use them any more than necessary
