Thanks to my colleague @Caliber now we have a launcher to bypass EAC, new trainer will be a soon.

Just update on me .. in case others have the same problem.
Cannot start the program as admin, nothing happens, so standard double click to start the game, which will start EAC too, but ignore the EAC, activate trainer .. it works.
