4. Save the file as Mats.txt (or your preference) into your Fallout 4 directory.
5. In game, open the console and type "bat Mats"
Enjoy! Edit: I forgot to include steel. Also added squalllion1uk's fix for the bat command.

To clarify this , type "bat Mats" not bat Mats.txt as that doesnt work.

mats.txt is the name of the text file which you made, the game doesn't need the .txt. Just mats. So anything you put before the .txt is what you would type in-game after bat

Thanks for clarifying the file name. I've been typing [bat "Mats.txt"] and it works, but your way seems a lot simpler.
I've tried to do the food resources, but using the additem method with them appears to mess with perks.
Have you guys had any success with it?
