there is no stealth boy, well i take that back the only why to go stealth is if you install sleath boy in power amrmor but from what i seen thats it, there is no other way to use it
Not quite, There is stealth boy usable outside of power armor, Keep in mind tho it's a consumeable and once you use one, you lose one. If you wanna be legit first one can be found(first one is defined by where I found my first) Spoiler:

I picked one up in a bunker. But not really looked at it yet to see which one I has. *now ponders on spawning trillions of them.*
I found a stealth boy very early in the game,but unfortunatley clicked on it and activated it when i didnt need it.....
Yeah I found 1 early and have been saving it. I'm lvl 28 with no xp type cheating (or crafting cheats because every time you craft you gain xp and was like no thx.) and only got 1 so far.
