a couple notes though:

set your windows audio at 16-bit/44.1KHz instead of 48KHz, all game audio is produced at that bitrate, so going higher is useless and only adds more strain to your CPU

when using the "iFPSClamp=61" you can also change "iPresentInterval=1" to "0", this disables ingame vsync since you dont need it because the game limits your fps to 61 now, and vsync in your gpu control panel doesnt even work if youre playing in borderless windowed
