I'm running a 64-bit system (Windows 8.1 64-bit), and pretty much every trainer made or updated to work with 8.1 works on my system.
And yes, the request credits required for the CH staff to get this game onto their schedule means that this game is more than likely getting trained, it'll just take time and effort on their part. Not to mention that one of, if not THE biggest release of the year, Fallout 4, is dropping in 2 days time from this post. CH is probably getting ready for Fallout 4 since it's such a high profile game and that there was almost no time for people to put in their own request credits for it before it got fully filled out (People love Fallout and they love CH trainers, go figure that it'd get approved so fast).
Don't worry too much about this game getting a trainer, CH staff will likely devote more time and energy to it once the big release(s) of the month are dealt with, and since Fallout 4 is running on a modified version of the same engine Bethesda has been using for years I don't think guys as skilled as Caliber and Company will have much trouble with FO4, so they'll be getting everything they can do finished as it comes.
In short, it's just a matter of time. Patience is a virtue :3
To be fair, Fallout 4 was filled out months ago, its on a back-burner for Cheat Happens crew, but Darksiders 2 the Deathvinitive edition made a mad dash within a 2½ day span of comming out of reaching 15,000 mark, the least they can do is give us Darksiders 2 trainer directly after Fallout 4.
Mad props to Cheat Happens staff who work 24/7 to fill out trainer needs!
