Lol with cheat codes are dead it means like in GTA where you do a combination and get godmode, fallout 4 as 99% of all other bethesda games will have console with regular commands, as they said they have coded this game openly(probably not how Toward worded it but honestly can't exactly remember how) when talking about allowing modding at such but, every game has console but when they release the game the dev console is locked away or removed entirely but not with bethesda
