Hello guys, I have a question regarding pre-load, hoping someone can help me out here. One of my friend bought me a copy on ozgameshop.com and they will email me the steam key on the day of the release, so this means no pre-load download for me. I'm thinking what if I download the pre-load files through an online source like torrent and drag the files into my steam/steamapp folder and use this as my pre-load file. So once I receive my steam key and activate it in my steam account I can play on the day. Do you guys think this will work?

It won't quite work since they are counted as pre-load which means if you get the key after release it won't recognize it and will redownload it

I can understand how you feel I won't get my key till monday most likely since the staff doesn't work during weekends and I had to confirm my purchase but they already went home after I sent my e-mail lol
I feel you man!! I'm Fallout fan, been playing Fallout series since early 90s, because I live in Australia and AUD droped so much it will cost me way too much to buy through steam, since steam only use USD.

Well I was born in the early 90s so can't say I was a fan since then yeah my order has already been processed, it's just part of the contract if the order changes for example with region lock I gotta confirm if I still want since else I'm entitled to refund. Just sucks gotta wait I'm really hyped for fallout 4.
