For those talking about the health not working all the time, just make sure to find a medicine pack, use Num3 to get a more than a few dozen uses out of it, and heal yourself and the bots when you see any of you are low on health.

Is there any way we could get something to help with acquiring new gear? Like maybe making it so that when you scrap/salvage/whatever a weapon that it doesn't actually get destroyed?

Trainer retired already? That's a shame. The trainer works PERFECT as instructed. Not sure what's going on with everyone else.

it seems to work better on normal and hard difficulty - i've got it to work a few times in nightmare, but cataclysm doesn't work at all (super health). inf ammo and wizard cheats always work.

Game was previously retired because it's an online based game where even solo play required an internet connection. Anyways, the trainer does work fine but the health does have a slight problem(at least in my experience) where it might work for the first two round but won't work for the third and above rounds no matter how many times I press 1. I've learned to deal with it by getting an infinite(more or less) amount of medicine pack thanks to the trainer. Cataclysm/Nightmare with bots is suicidal, but Hard is easy enough by spamming the bombs everywhere.

Or, if super health is really that important to you, then just restart the game and trainer. It'll work fine again at least in my experience.
