invalid trainer user on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

I have purchased (ugh) winzip and have downloaded the trainer for Arkam Knight. When I run the trainer ( it won't work) there is is message at the bottom of the trainer that says invalid trainer user. I am a lifetime member. What gives?

Did you maybe use another Email or have more than one Email that you use? Did you just recently upgrade to Lifetime? If so, look on the Troubleshooting page.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer. plug PC directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls. if been using vpn software such as spotflux then a complete windows reinstall might be necessary.
