I am on Windows 10 along with hundreds of thousands of our other members and the trainers work just fine.
I reverted back to Windows 8.1 and I am still getting the same error now. Before upgrading to Windows 10 I did not have this problem. So I agree with you that something in my system got messed up during the upgrade. In a fix now, not sure what to do. Don't want to wipe everything out and reinstall again.

Sorry to say at some stage via a corrupt file etc can cause havoc and setting your PC back to factory settings can be the only answer, i have had to do that for various reasons in the last 5 years quite a few times,
I must ADD that CHU has NEVER been the reason or given me the reason i have had to reset back to factory settings, it is a real pain when you have lots of needed things on your PC plus all the downloading of Gigabytes plus all the backing up a real pain in the BUTT. lol.
