It is very easy to get the trainer to work. It was mentioned by Pwiz earlier, but people aren't seeing it.
Open the trainer, then launch the game. When you get to the main menu, ALT-TAB back to the desktop and hit F1, then wait till you hear the "Trainer Activated", then ALT-TAB back to the main menu and you're good to go.

Sometimes, to get it to work, tab out to the trainer and then press F1. This generally works for me. Also there is sometimes the issue of the game going from fullscreen to windowed mode. To fix this, oddly enough, just put your settings at borderless window. This all works for me, so it should work for anyone else.

game got updated today and the trainer crashes. hope to see the new trainer shortly. amazing work guys love it. thank you for the efforts

just downloaded and install the latest origin update and the game freezes when the cheat numbers are pressed.
