I would go with the Ford Focus or Fiesta myself. The are well made and get great MPG. My brother has a 2012 Focus and recently he drove from New York state to Alaska. He averaged 42 mpg and all the car needed at the end was an oil change.

I've given it some thought,
I'm definitely going with a FORD FOCUS, which variety, well which ever one is the most affordable....
BTW, I'm not really a fan of Chevy's.. One Chevy driver ENGINE BRAKED on a railroad crossing when it was POURING DOWN rain in the middle of summer 2 years ago... He caused me to lose control of my Jeep and I hit his Beat up Even older than my car, Suburban.
I'll never even look oat that kind of car as an option.. I just put it in the poll as a filler..
I know a rep at a local Ford dealer, maybe I can get a Friend discount...

[url]www.youtube.com/watch?v=AD-308vaiUE'>Link If you were where I am, I'd recommend a Opel Corsa eco. My sister drove a Focus, not a single problem in five years but we tend to have mandatory checkups every 6 months.

I have owned 3 different Nissan's since 1995 and have zero issues with them. Hoping the one I bought in 2011 with give me another 20 years of usage.
