And what does this patch do to the game? Does it sort out the story in Chapter 2 and remove the mess of repeat missions?

just here to say its been updated. most likely just another core patch for the online part of the game.

My trainer options seem to be working so there's that.

this patch fixed the quite bug and added a buff to the daily bonus'

all trainer functions still work

Yeah, for me it seems that the improve accuracy Num5 doesn't work. Everything else works I think.
