Wondering if this is possible, how it would be done? In Crusader Kings you could open a save file and find your generals and edit their stats there, though it was exhausting.
Stacking the deck for diplomacy has always been something that I enjoy doing.

There is a cheat table for CoSMOS that enables it, plus traits, loyalty etc... I didnt have any luck in editing a savegame.
