Game running by admin - becouse by user it crashes.

could you make a 32-bit version also?

no, sorry. might be time to update your 15 year old PC to one from this century.

i have a 64-bit pc but for some reason i get an error code when i try to start the game at 64-bit

Then that's an issue for the game devs.
