The old CH didn't need to make trainers for a zillion games coming out every month, each getting patched several times a day every day.
And pay 60$+ for many titles.
Not to mention that this is yet another Early Access game that will be patched a bazillion times before it is completed... IF it is completed.
Personally, I don't even think they should bother training the Early Access games until they are Final Access. That would save some headaches for sure.
12.000 points for a trainer request?
thats alot for this small game.
i miss the old CH before all this crap with the points and money grabbing actions
There are currently over 300 MILLION unspent request points in our system. 12,000 is a drop in the bucket. If more than 5 people are actually playing this game then the requests could be filled in less than about 30 minutes.
The requests system keeps up from wasting our time on games that no one is playing. It's not about money grabbing, it's about money SAVING. If you want a trainer for every single game ever made no matter what then we can simply raise our prices to about $500/month for every member (including current Lifetime subscribers) then we could cover the additional programmers and staff needed. Simply get all of our 2+ million members to agree and we'll be one our way.
Also, just because a game is "small" doesn't mean that it's easy to train. Most of these small games are created with pre-made scripting tools which are the HARDEST to train. Probably take us more time to train the game than it did to MAKE the game.

I'm a member here and I don't feel like anyone is "getting screwed" here, I'm happy with the current system.
And 12,000 points is hardly an excessive amount of points. Last Decemeber CH offered to make a 64 bit version of a trainer for 30,000 points. The points were met by the very next day.
This business is not a charity. It costs money to keep this website indexed and up to date; money to purchase all these games to be trained; and these folks are deserving to be paid for their work just like any of us wherever we work.
Would you suggest to your employer, assuming you work, that you're tired of all the money grabbing actions at your place of employment and refuse your paycheck?
CH still provides us with free trainers for the most popuilar AAA games as well. And the participation in the new PLUS here is not mandatory but it is nonetheless proving to be very popular as evidenced by the many of us that have signed up for it.
I sure as hell get my money's worth of trainers here and have for many years now. I'm happy to contribute to the financial wellbeing of this site in order to keep getting the best trainers on the planet.
I never regretted my purchase here, heck I had no doubts about lifetime+ subscription, I will do anything I can to keep CH going for years to come. I bought lifetime subscription about 4-5 years ago, can't remember exactly when, it was during when they had google checkout and I had my first android phone. The point system never bothered me but that's because I only play games CH has trainers for and the ones I pre-order and stuff they always makes trainers for anyway (AAA) I have said it before tho, CH shouldn't count my points that I have in storage because I'm a hoarder and will keep hoarding them till I need them which might not be till I have around 40k and can fund my own trainer xD then again the more points I have the less I wanna spend. Given the expenses it is to fund the programmers video games, and then pay them for work then overtime for the thousand of patches for every game out there I'm surprised CH hasn't made a fundraiser yet :P
