I need a update of the savegame for Patch 5, seems like the savegame is not compatible for this version.

how do u use save game file do I put the file into the games location file

No, the save file location for Dead Rising 3 should be in this location:

C:\Users\(Computer account name)\My Documents\My Games\Dead Rising 3\saves\x64_build\

Make a backup of your current save by copying the files over to a different folder or hard disk location first before copying the 100% completed save file over to the save folder.
