Sure sounds similar to me, has anybody else noticed this too ?

I figured as much, I would still love to find a Witcher Easter Egg in the game.
Also, the "Voice" in Victor Vrans head is the narrative voice of The Stanley Parable.
He also calls out Victor as Stanley.
