I verified Webroot and allowed both the ~Mnn133.temp and DS2E-Jabberwacky.exe file so nothing blocking there.

If this does not work I will delete the trainer and restart windows then re-install trainer, although like I mentioned earlier I have never had this issue with other trainers.

completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software until you identify the issue.

I followed your suggestion in part
Re-installed the trainer, shutdown both AV, ran trainer, waited about 40 minutes no auto closing of trainer, started up NOD32 still no issues after 20 min running, then opened Webroot Security and poof 2 minutes and shutdown, so I guess I found the culprit even after allowing the trainer.exe and temp file under the protected list ( did not use monitor option in case someone was wondering)
