so i need some help. i tried extracting the trainer zip file but it only extracts the readme me file. whats going on?

Your overprotective AV, firewall or other security software is blocking the exe.

I'm unable to extract trainer, even with my virus protection off. I can extract the read me file but not the trainer, I get cannot execute. Even tried downloading from different sources and still a no go, I get the same error message.

like above, it's your security software, built in browser protection (google safe browsing for example) or even VPN security protocols can block it as well. Whitelist www.cheathappens.com. Without knowing what trainer you were trying to download I can't check it.

Well I can download any other trainer with no issues at all. Like I said it lets me extract the read me file but not the trainer itself (Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Uprising Mega Trainer). My virus software is off, even turned off google safe and I'm not using a VPN. Still get the same error. The loading pops up and as soon as it pops up it disappears.

something is definitely blocking it on your end. Was it previously flagged and in your quarantine folder of your anti-virus?

nope i turn my virus software off every time I download a trainer. This is the error message I get when I tried using Winzip, I normally use Winrar.

Use 7-zip or winzip, sounds like your winrar permissions are not set right or are in conflict with widows/security settings. Personally I use 7-zip.
