Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition Message Board  

I've played all the new characters: Vergil, Lady & Trish,
and here's what I've studied from each character...

Trish mainly uses attacks from Sparda; the big sword on
her back, Luce & Ombra; Sparda's guns & Pandora, one of
Dante's new guns...other than that, her Devil Trigger grants
her lightning-based damage. giving her and infinite Devil
Trigger cheat is nessecary.

next is Lady, she uses her bazooka, handguns & shotgun.
and since her character replaces Nero in Nero's missions,
instead of an Exceed gauge for the Red Queen she has a bullet
gauge with 3 hollow hexagons which fill up when holding down
the X/Square button. each hexagon determine how powerful
the charged shot will be...when all 3 are loaded...BOOM!
in addition, replacing the Devil Trigger gauge are hexagonal
slots for Lady's grenades, pressing LB/L1 will allow her to
toss out as many grenades & giving off a large blast radius
based upon how many hexagons are glowing orange.

With that being said, both infinite Exceed & infinite DT
for Lady are needed...that is, if ye wanna blow
up with Lady!~


Now, last but not least...Vergil: Dante's twin brother
& most importantly, the reason WHY we bought this game.
Vergil's gameplay is a mix of Nero's Devil Bringer with
Dante's gameplay & weapon select; armed with Yamato, Beowulf
& Force Edge. compared to how Vergil played in DMC3 Special
Edition, he plays even better...also, in addition of his
existing skills, a new mechanic has been added in the form
of his "Concentration" gauge. when full, his attacks become
more powerful & have more range too...plus he can even pull
off a more powerful Judgment Cut than before.

Anyway, since the trainer's infinite Devil Trigger ONLY
applies to Nero & Dante, and not Vergil...he too will
need an infinite DT cheat, and infinite Concentration
to enhance his attacks. NOTE: the concentration gauge
will deplete if you: get hit, miss while attacking or
even move/dodge too much. I tried using the never hit cheat
with Vergil & although I didn't get hit, my Concentration
meter dropped to zero.


Anyway, I hope this helps.

they dont have devil trigger.. Nero and Dante to. I have no idea what they power ups or whatever for the new characters is, as I have not played them

the trainer was made with Dante and Nero.

as we have a ton of work this week, I will re-look at this when I get time and have caught up with other titles.

the unlimited health option has never not worked for me, and I played 3-4 missions straight, as well as used the unlock missions later in the game to check there as well.

Actually Caliber, Trish and Virgil DO have devil trigger, they even have an upgrade option to make it go down slower in the upgrade shop and that upgrade are under a little heading called Devil Trigger, my guess is that each characters devil trigger are saved under a different address which means that you basically need 3 options for infinite DT, 1 per character.

Yeah Cal, like I was well... I guess kind of saying, lol. I didn't think it was exactly trainer related, I think I alt-tabbed or something in between levels and that's what did it? I don't know, I just know I don't blame the trainer for what happen, I was just saying it was messed with all the confusion when it happened, lol.

Is it possible to hold the maximum charge (level 3) for Nero and Lady's gun?

the Exceed option should do that for nero I believe, for Lady it would be impossible as a full charge on the Kalina Ann freezes her in place, she can't move, though if they could find a way to speed up the charge time to near instant that would maybe work.

Tried out the updated trainer and it seems to work just fine, no option for infinite focus as far as I can tell, but honestly it doesn't need it since you can just use option 2 to never get hit meaning you will only lose focus by running around or being non-stylish and miss you attacks.

the only thing that I want to point out is that the current way that the infinite Devil trigger works makes Virgil unable to use some of his Summoned Swords moves, since they are dependent on having a certain amount of charge in his DT gauge, so while you can turn into a devil with no gauge the gauge still drains while in devil form meaning it's constantly empty, I myself don't mind as much since I don't use the summons swords moves that much, but I still felt that I should point it out in case other people get confused as to why some of their moves with Virgil no longer seem to work.

Aside from that I am glad to see such a rapid fix to the most glaring issues on the trainer, and the reminder is, in my opinion, just nitpicking that strictly don't need to be fixed.
