Any information whether you can get banned for trying it? Just curious.

The Devs are aware of CH, and they are aware that you guys don't make trainers (purposely) for multi player games. So from what theyre saying they aren't really worried about you guys.
They are fine with trainers working in single player, as for multiplayer they are only specifically looking for certain hacks like God mode, Floating, things of that sort.. and things that can affect the servers, such as crashing it, lagging it so on so forth and cheats that can transfer your SP character to Multiplayer.
The whole thing is in the Steam forums in a sticky, the convo about CH and other trainer makers can be found there.
From what it sounds like they are just looking for specific game breaking kinda stuff, not really trainers in general.
As for getting banned, I don't believe so.. but you never know..
If something works on multiplayer, I suppose if you do it in a way that doesn't make it LOOK like you're cheating then you might get away with it.

I read that also and had to laugh at a theskull07. He posted that Cheathappens is moving to making MP hacks. He doesn't understand the rules for the trainer uses.

There is people that do not link CH so they will say anything to have people and sites target us!
