ran game (from steam)
press F1 at main menu
click Play Local (trainer wont work online MP, dont try it)
Added AI player
click Start Game
click Hammer (Build Icon)
press Numpad 1 to Capture Cities
press Numpad 3 and Numpad 4 to turn on options
Click on (for instance) Solar Plant
Immediately the Materials and Energy increases
Place Solar Plant somewhere.

Option working 100% here, repeatably

Just tried it, "Trainer cannot find game" =/

Its what im doing, i tried almost 10 times, everything is working except Materials, i can't explain why ...

This game just got a re-release. Will it require a new request or will this trainer be updated?

File a report using the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. It generally takes 3 reports for it to be evaluated for an update. Look here:

Does this trainer work with the "Enhanced Edition" on Steam? If not, do I need to request a completely new trainer for the Enhanced Edition as a separate game title using my credits, or do I just file an "Update Report" like normal?

what do you mean, re-release? The developers stopped selling it, but are now selling it again?
