I get the humor, but as a CH customer, I expect more than simple sarcasm in a CH response. Is there NO reason to be concerned? Norton has not let me down before...and,as I also mentioned, the last trainer gave me no problems.

Here's the thing though: This is not an issue with Cheat Happens. This is an issue with Symantec. You will need to open a support ticket with them to resolve the issue. It matters not what Norton's track history is as it does not negate that this is a defect with their software (and thus their responsibility to fix).
The only thing CH can do is offer a workaround which is to disable or uninstall the product.
