Apparently it takes a very long time for them to even look at this message bored let alone update the trainer. Oh well, I paid for lifetime membership so it's my own fault.

The current trainer still works. Why do you think an update is necessary? What exactly isn't working for you?

All options. I start a new game and press number 3 with no menus open just looking at the starting area and nothing pops up, it says activated but nothing happens and no scroll lock isn't on.

That's weird does Numpad 1 works for you? Are you using the latest legit steam version of the game? can i take a look on it via teamviewer?

Okay, many apologies for asking for an update. Apparently the trainer just decided it wanted a day off yesterday it's working fine again now. Sorry again :')
