ARK: Survival Evolved Message Board  

The Hype for this game is pretty epic. Ive not been this exicted about a game for a while, and its only an Early Access game.

As far as cheating goes, there is offline single player, so cheating should be fine. Looking at teh alpha videos on twitch last night, all the values are visible from the inventory screen, your health, stamaina etc, usual stat values, xp, stat points, skill points. Should all be hackable. I'll be having fun with CoSMOS straight away.

hehe yeah been watching some stuff about it, pretty excited myself, thought it was 10 AM GMT cuz I always thought PST and GMT were one and the same thing, was rather upset to find out it's tonight lol

Most games that come out on a tuesday on steam, come out at aroudn 6 PM GMT. Specially when they involve servers, folks in the americas like to be awake during the initial launch, when the servers are first beign strained. Which is understandable. They are people afterall, they like most start work around 8/9 am. So with launch timetables of around 10am is common.

Well one of the devs are in the UK so I just hoped

well, god mode works, thats awesome.

Were you able to play single player? I've been unable to, and the steam forums are full of posts saying the same thing.

(Nevermind I see that they updated to allow single player)

How did you achieve god mode?

open the console with tilde or tab, and type god
Your HP will stay full no matter what, all otehr stats go down though


Ive had a play with CoSMOS, and whilst i was able to edit my attributes, upon savign and relaoding the game, the changes dont stick, so its best to put point into atrtributes you need, HP isnt needed, since we have god mode for that. And weight is set at 1000 and doesnt change no matter how many points it put in (not sure why)

Also make a backup of the folder SavedArksLocal in your game directory, it contaisn you world and player profile, jsut incase you mess thigns up whilst testing.

"fly" is another console command that works
