Are you sure you have them? I didn't realise at first that if you craft things with the unlimited potions/food options on then your new item shows up with -1 charge and can't be used. If that's the case, disable the options and meditate for an hour and it will refill them assuming you have alcohol.
I now do this deliberately so crafting stuff doesn't cost mt rare ingredients but cheap alcohol instead.

hmmm now it says "you already have this item" in the alchemy section yet i dont have it anywhere in my inventory have you seen this at all? it won't even let me create a potion.

Having this issue too. It won't let me craft any bombs, saying I already have them, even though I do not.

I have this problem too when I try and use the Easy Crafting option on the trainer.
Says I already have the item on nearly everything apart from the mutagens which it lets me create but nothing else.

as posted earlier meditate with alcohol he auto craft with out using items other than 1 alcohol if you already made it so refills are priced as one alcohol and must meditate to do so

Thanks JCT0, but I find it hard to understand, I need to craft alcohol and then mediate?
