Did you try all the directions Cypher posted just above yours?
Also there's instructions and videos for Windows Defender that might help here:

I have tried the ones listed by Cypher, and tried the ones listed in your link including more troubleshooting. Some of the files that Cypher mentions to delete don't appear to generate at all for me though I'm guessing the trainer isn't able to even get to that step in the process.
CH.dll and help.txt are the only two files that are generated in the Temp directory (help.txt is just the readme file)
For some reason I am unable to download the trainer. I have disabled Windows Defender, and I only have this issue with this particular trainer download. I can download all other trainers that I have test downloaded. I have attached a screenshot for troubleshooting purposes.
What was the attachment, was it a jpg or was it a png file?
I just dloaded the file. Something has to be blocking it on your side.

To add to this another troubleshooting route I took...
I booted into safe mode with networking to see if an application could have been interfering with things, which resulted in the exact same error output.
That's a puzzler. I just dloaded and ran the trainer and it worked ok here.
And you are running the trainer As Admin? Anything in the Debug file?

Yepp,
I notice that even the oldest version of the trainer isn't working either, outputting the error output was like 811 instead of 822.
No debug file is being generated at all, my guess is it's not even getting to the state where the program generates the debug file.
I'm having an issue where I cannot quit this trainer. The X button in the UI is not responding at all. I'm forced to close the window by right clicking on task bar icon, and then the following Debug is presented:
Trainer Starting
Witcher 3
Debug Info located: C:\Users\denki\Cheathappens\Debug\Witcher 3.debug
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz
x64 Trainer

Controller (XBOX 360 For Windows) detected.
Waiting for Trainer Activation
Injection-->4064
Trainer Found Handle, Accessing Memory.
7FF673C80000:1000000:0
The trainer works fine otherwise. Just unable to quit it.
Running Windows 10 version 1809 OS Build 11763.973
It's not a dealbreaker, but it is annoying that it's happening. Other trainers like the RDR2 one work fine. Seems like a different trainer package though.
Repair your framework and .net cores, re-download these and select repair if available if not just over write them.
