Well, like the previous Evoland, the whole purpose of the game is that it has no game mechanic consistency, basically the first evoland was first you could only move up, found an upgrade so you could move sideways, getting colour, going from 2d to 3d etc. during the game like an Evolution of games.
It appears Untrainable because as an example, first you play a 2 rpg (it'd be easy to train) but then suddenly it's a bullet hell game (completely different things and values to train) and then suddenly it's a Match-3 game, 3D fighter or platformer, that kind of stuff. It'd be a huge waste of resources to make a trainer for this because you'd have to make one for each different minigame inside the game. (or maybe it's not hard, I don't really know, it just looks that way.)
Edit--- watched the trailer again and at least the hp and xp value seem to be consistent most of the time so it's not THAT untrainable.
