The fact that the immediate responses by other members demonstrate nothing more than a fear of retribution - as a result of speaking out - is precisely the problem.
Forget about the product options... Everybody deserves to be treated with respect.

Having your rant about customer service here is only going to get this thread locked, and the trainer retired. Just stop, or take it somewhere else.

If you have a problem with the way myself or the other owners operate this website, then I will be happy to deactivate your account and show you the exit.
We apparently were unaware that we shouldn't ever release a trainer for a racing game if "Super Acceleration" is excluded. In the future I guess we just won't bother at all with those racing titles. We certainly won't be looking at this one any further after this beratement.
