Money was and would be the only real interesting trainer option... instead we get all that stuff that people abuse in online-mode.... gg
Pretty sure the credit/money is stored on their servers, that's why It's not in the trainer.
And to my knowledge It also can't be locked in using a basic CE memory search. You can find it's value... but it doesn't save to your offline career when edited.

Seems good old Codemasters added an anti cheat with the latest patch, trainer nerfed.
