Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. If I remember right this game requires internet connection to run. The singleplayer is not offline playable is that true?

Thats right, the game is online only.
You can choose to play solo and use henchmen instead of playing with others, but there is no offline mode.
A multiplayer/online game with single player option I guess would be the best description.
