have that same problem... once trainer is activated, decor wont reveal

I am having the same problems and more. It seems that the only function that works is the Unlimited Throwables, but that will cause problems if you are picking up a new item or weapon in the first part of the game.

The Infinite health causes the rooms not to reveal and the Stealth mode the guards still see me but if I go to new areas the guards are not even present and events do not happen like they should.

Health and stealth mode has been improved. Stealth mode now makes you really stealth as long as you don't touch/hit guards. However if you do they still will not attack you and when the alarm counter goes back to 0 they will go on patrol again.

The health cheat now shouldn't cause any issues anymore with missing overlay or blocked events.
