Can anyone answer my question? what happens worst case scenario? do I just open another account or what?
Um you game is tied to your Rockstar social account. So I doubt you will be able to change that. If they have banned you to the pool or whatever they choose to do. Not sure if they are using a three strike rule.
This is just dumb, how can they ban anyone for single player cheating? the game it self got built in cheats !!
Wait, the game has built in cheats? so why risk a ban using a trainer...
Anyone got a link to the PC cheats for GTA?
Edit: sorry, there's already a thread for that here:

In this thread: A bunch of tinfoil-hat kids, complaining about multiplayer-cheating. Stop using it online. Also it's forbidden to talk about this stuff here - why is this thread still on?
Why haven't you used the report post feature? The topic and the discussion is fine either way. The StarCraft boards have more about it than this one topic.

That's a good point - There are a couple of cheat codes already in the game. They have a couple of restrictions (time limits, can't be used during missions), but it's still enough to affect the game balance quite significantly.
Also, if they're going to ban trainers in SP, how are they going to handle the mod community? Mods might modify memory addresses and game files in a way that is hard for a cheat prevention mechanism to distinguish from trainers. If people get banned for using mods, the modding community will march to the R* HQ with pitchforks and torches.
