I'll wait for 4-5 people to confirm this, as this hasn't been the case for the previous 9 patches. We haven't needed a different trainer for various versions of the game.
A couple more things, the game .exe of GTAV is called:
GTA5.exe
yours is
PlayGTAV.exe
The third problem is that .exe for STEAM is 52MB and yours is a mere 9.71 MB.
Something just doesn't add up.

While I haven't played it in a while.
I had the retail version and the trainer did work.
I love this trainer! I noticed that since the biker update my float buttons won't work. Since I see no other complaints about this I figure its something I did. Anybody have a suggestion for this?
The issue is that all the cheats work except the float option. Keys -,+ and the arrow keys. Thanks for your help and keep up the awesome work!!
@burke1978:
Think I found a way to get floating working.
Start trainer,
start game via Steam and NOT the desktop icon for GTA V
Go into story mode WITHOUT activating trainer.
Call up in game map to pause
NOW press F1 to activate trainer.
Float works for me doing the above, anything else doesn't enable float / movement
Hope this helps
I play single player mode and when i activate Health numpad1.It gives me health so it stays max, but the problem is that enemys hp dont drop either. Shot 1 dude like 15 times in the head still didnt die so i ran out of cover to shoot close up another 15 bullets still.
EDIT: Just tested some more its not Health is Ammo.

The No Fall Damage option has this effect as reiterated multiple times throughout this thread.
