The trainer is activating and working how it should, however during missions, my enemies have infinite health like me, even if I don't use the infinite health cheat. Was there some kind of anti-cheat added into the single player mode as of recently? This is my first time playing the game and I was hoping to enjoy with no worries about dying, but now the npcs don't die either.

The answer was posted long ago by PWizard:
When all else fails, actually read the readme.
Numpad 8: No Fall damage - toggle this on to prevent ALMOST ALL DAMAGE
in the game. This is best used when teleporting and using ghost
movement options. This will prevent you from dying from large
falls and will also protect NPC and keep people from dying.

Only use the no fall damage when needed and put it off right after
now trainer doesn't work online
infinite load
work fine in solo mode
thank
CheatHappens does NOT support online cheating. So no it won't work.
I downloaded the new trainer started it up and it didn't work. it said windows needed bitmaps to be associated with an app, so I associated with paint which probably broke it. then I get another error. so I updated my .net framework. now it says paint cannot read this file. and them my avg anitvirus goes off and puts the cheathappens temp file in quarantine. How can I fix this? I am on windows 10
Delete the trainer -> clean your browser's cache -> restart your computer -> make a folder whitelisted by your antivirus -> re-download the trainer and unzip it in this folder -> and as turkish2003 said run the trainer as administrator
