Its frustrating that I have to wait so long for a fix for infinite health that is the only thing not working, so know I must use 2 trainers at the same time and it conflict some times 😭

The health does work, it's just after you deactivate it, you need to take a lot of damage get killed or swap toons for it to reset to normal levels.

I dont have same problem, it dont work, health just going down when hit until I die, has trying everything, the trainer confirm the use of option, reinstalled gta, older version of trainer, load and reload, new game, swap char and so on. After this new version 1.44 it stopped working.

delete everything in these 2 folders

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work

Reboot and try the latest trainer again.

Just tested it again and it is working, to deactivate just swap toons after turning it off. Was on Michael, activated had inf. health, de-activated, went from Michael to Franklin and back to Michael and it was off. Activated it again and Michael had inf. health.

Now it works after deleting the work folder and reinstall the trainer, only breath under water goes down but health stays. Strange, its the first time i has this problem after many years.
