Just an FYI, I've noticed a quirk with godmode; it works fine, but after you turn it on, you can't turn it off. It will say "Deactivated", but godmode is still on. And I used only the godmode option just to make sure it wasn't having some weird interference with any of the other options. Like I said, not so much a problem, just a quirk. Keep up the awesome work!
Just deactivate, then swap characters and it will turn off.

the trainer is writing a massive health value to the character.
Just toggle off and then swap characters and back and it's back to normal.
Although most people don't care or notice since staying alive is literally the most important option..

Noticed a little quirk with the game, not sure if it is just my system but I can't save the game when the trainer is on at Michael's house.
Also when I get into a car there is screen flickering and you can sort of see Michael sitting in mid air next to the car, it seems to happen randomly and I can't reproduce it on demand.
the update caused some issues with saves, I get the black screen saying a, are you sure you want to save all progress will be over written, right in the middle of missions, wandering thru town or just standing there. And that is with no trainer turned on.
If I will use this trainer, can I still get some achievements in steam?
You might or might not get any achievements. We don't care about them.
