Don't know if anyone else is having an issue, but every time I press F1 the trainer disapper's.

I too am having this issue. removed antivirus and malware, ran as admin, and alt tabbed out to hit f1. it just kills the process. the most previous version did work with all options but health. hope this helps troubleshoot

Yep I'm definitely facing the exact same issue.
just downloaded the trainer at 12:17pm tried f1 and f1 after alt tab out of game still doing the closing out of trainer after saying activated.
Please verify that you actually use the very latest trainer, clear these locations
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work\
reboot your PC and try again.
