what options other than money would this game even need from a trainer?

Improving the transports would be good, more capacity cargo, greater speed, stealth etc. The same for your personal yacht.

Also the transporting through countries decreases in time every time you do it, which is why the yacht is much quicker than a brand new transport, if that could be modded.

I know there is a global variable for transport speed, which works in sandbox mode, if that could be modified that would solve that.

Maybe an in game editor for the values that you can set in sandbox mode, e.g. profit margins, reputation gains.

Max Rep with either all countries of a particular faction (NATO, COMAX, NA) or with all countries or max rep of country in which you are located.

Also, unlimited time until bounty hunters catch you, always low suspicion, Black Umbrella war actions cause massive war desire, Supply countries always have stock, no cooldown on unlocked abilities, etc. plenty of options that would be nice, whether they can be implemented or not I leave to your capable hands.

Can you provide a savegame? Because the sandbox mode is locked until the normal game has been completed.

Not for me it isn't. I haven't completed the game, only been playing for a couple of hours trying to get the hang of the mechanics as the tutorial is woeful.

When clicking on Start New Game. Sandbox mode is available at the top next to Story Mode.

The only thing that I completed was the tutorial.
