Here's what we need for starters:
P1 Infinite Health.
P2 Infinite Health.
P1 weak opponent.
P2 weak opponent.
P1 Infinite power.
P2 Infinite power.
P1 Infinite Run meter.
P2 Infinite Run meter.
Infinite Time.
End Timer.
Add XP.
Add Faction XP.
Add Kurrency (Koins confirmed, after watching the 25 minute clip from IGN)
and that's about it, I think.

Would actually be fine with just the unlockables (so I don't have to spend ages grinding in single player to open everything).
The rest is kinda meh, since 1v1 fighing games are made for multiplayer (in my opinion anyways) where cheating is... well, you know.
I can see an argument for infinite health, just for those who want to plow through story mode a few times though, and a non-depleting healthbar is obvious enough that no one would be dumb enough to use it online.

Making unlockables available through a cheat trainer
is no different to doing it through cheat software
for consoles...such as Action Replay, Xploder or Gameshark.
all it requires is the right code.
as for 1v1 fighting games, they're not entirely for multiplayer
...(opinion noted btw) 1v1 can be played offline too. and besides,
nobody's THAT stupid to risk their online membership when using
cheats in an online match, me included.
I use cheats for singleplayer/offline-only...NOT for online
multiplayer games. besides, you won't be grinding entirely
when you have "Add Koins" cheat...just press that a couple
of times & pay the Krypt a visit...then you'll unlock all
kharacters, skins, music, stages & koncept art. Bob's yer uncle!
