Hey guys found a good video to share about how to edit stats with CoSMOS. Although if you've already maxed the crystarium you can't do it...

Basically take off all stat equipment, scan stat, change stat with crystarium scan again. HOWEVER you need to edit the BASE STAT not the STAT itself. So after you're down to a few addresses equip an accessory that effects that stat to see which is your base stat and which is the stat itself then edit the base stat to make a permanent change.
