I have to say in my gaming time with SC4 was amazingly awesome connected my sims to it. Everything ran perfect in my veiw.

From what I have managed to get play time from CS. Its a nice city builder. But am racking it in.... Seems a tad be easy. I havent even got out of my first square. It seems to lack focus on proper runings. It doesnt feel right there.

That's definitely something I've experienced. Skylines and the others require your little patch to be efficient before you can expand, SC4 didn't place that restriction on you. If you wanted to be an idiot (yes) and zone your entire large tile city then you were free to.

As long as you kept the city from falling into disarray it would eventually build itself up, it would be a mess but that was ok. This freed the game to make the goal of designing an efficient city that much more difficult to achieve.

With CS I dont see any difficultness from it Hard yes takes a tad bit longer but it still feels to simple on the actual runing of the city. It needs that side to be more fleshed out to even compare with what I actaully have to say after thinking about it in the City sim section SC2000.

Oh Johnny Achivements have no value to me. They might hold personal value and ego value for some but to me. They arent even worth my time. They are a bit of code that says. Oh look you are a clever boy or girl. Make them do something worth while in the game then al worry about them.
