Yes Steam doesn't bone people for cheating in solo play.

Ok good, I asked the company rebellion about it and they said VAC was on all the time, I dont think the guy that responded to me knew what he was talking about. The front page of the game does not list the game as VAC secured. I used the trainer in solo horde and solo campaign.
