Is this mod for player only or will it work on AI also?

i think the AI uses it too so it's perfect think i'm really gonna enjoy this game now, if only they would have added a no morale option so armies won't route & fight to the end each battle that would be nice.

Loyalty and Army will work for the AI, Food and Tech is player only.
