Windows 10 has slightly improvements but nothing you really need to have. There is no killer argument why you should install it now and you still have 1 year to think about. It's not a bad idea to take this time but it also doesn't hurt if you upgrade yet.
What I don't like are the privacy settings most of them belong to mobile devices like 'access to your calender' and they are all hardly to find. Even when you disable Cortana its still running in background and if you close the task it reopens automatically. I guess soon there will be more guides and tutorials around the internet to disable unwanted stuff completely.
I would call this an outrageous breach of privacy, I want an OS who do as I ask not a spy peeking into my emails and contacts/friends list(s) and for what purpose "big brother"?
Money is power > power make law > law is money
Oh no MS will now know that you play games and watch porn and they are not going to do anything about it but maybe suggest you some content from time time.. oh the horror...
If you like to have someone else decide what's wrong or right and what you might do with YOUR computer and digital property ... well, go ahead.
"... Finally, we will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to ..." (from MS's privacy statement)

That and my fam do not agree with. So Win 10 will be left alone until I really need DX12.
