Not bugging from Win7 aint broken in my view. So no point upgrading.
That's what my Dad says about XP... That OS is SLOW as a
I never did like 7, I ditched it asap.. Besides, DX12 is only on 10... I will be getting DX12 cards in the near future..

Thing is you can get most games to run on XP still with some tweeking and fiddeling. W7 pritty much all games old and new will run. Some old might need some tweeks here and there. As for DX12, I wouldnt go grabbing a card yet until its actually worth getting one. Heck I still use DX 9 n 10. My card can do 11 and I have only used it a few times. Never seen much change for me to really bother constantly having it set at 11.
So now being forced to upgrade to an OS that cant stand the look of. Has changed so much and taken out the control pannel that I use alot. Why change something that has worked fine for YEARS! Thats not improving at all. Also now forcing people who want DX12 to upgrade to even tho the OS is free, this exclusive is annoying me. Well am sorry but am sticking to what is working perfectly fine for me. Win 7, if it means al not be playing new games because they probably wont support the old DX then fine.
Times might change but hell Win7 aint even as old as XP. GAH! this .

They have changed it to a settings menu.

With Windows 10, you'll be able to change most but *not all* of your PC's settings in the new Settings menu, which you can access from the new Start menu as an app. No need to change it from how it was on win 7.
