Hi folks,
I'm still playing the game despite it happening, but I can also confirm the glowy decals. I have taken a screenshot to show this, only happened as soon as I used the flamethrower for me personally.

The no shoot option disabled the player's ability to shoot as well This should be fixed. Also, how about an invisibility option?

Try cycling the individual cheats off and then back on when damage and/or status changes (flash, steam, concussion etc) cause the screen to get "stuck"... for example, if using cheats and you toss a flashbang, the screen will flash white but may not fade back to normal. Whenever it seems like your vision is impaired, try turning all your current cheats off and then, once the screen is normal again, turn them back on again.
