Everything seems to be working EXCEPT for Echoes, which is the only part I actually want. Can you help me understand what I'm doing wrong? I am following the instructions from the readme to the letter. Do I have to be sailing for it to work? Do I need a certain amount of cargo space?

Activate trainer at the shop in a harbour when your money / echoes amount is shown. Then reswitch to that page and press hotkey and reswitch to that page again. This way it should work.

Fiddled with it for a while, got Echoes to work. Here's how:

1. Be away from port.
2. [Number pad 1] as many times as you want.
3. [F1] to deactivate trainer.
4. Dock at port.
5. Quit to Main Menu.
6. Select "Continue" from Main Menu to restart game.
7. Echoes should be present now.

Bit fiddly, but it worked. Just needed to reload the save for it to show up in the Gazeteer(Journal).

The trainer crashes every time I attempt to activate it a the main menu. I have re-installed the trainer twice, same problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Appreciate the advice, it now activates at the loading screen but when I attempt to start a new game or continue a saved one it crashes.

I receive crash log notices like "2015-02-16-152922."

Game is now 1.0.0.1979. Any chance of an updated trainer?
